NEW PRIVATE PRACTICE LOCATION ALERT
I will be leaving Upper Beach Health & Wellness by the end of July 2026 and will be opening up a second private practice location at 2234 Queen Street East. Hours will be sporatic in July but will be set by August.

Fascia Collective - 811A Gerrard St E (Leslieville)
Wednesdays 10am - 6:30pm
Sundays 9am - 3pm
Directions: On the south side of Gerrard just east of Logan. Enter through the sage green door (to the right of the empty store front with eastwood wellness on the window). Shoes and coats can be stored in the entry way. Go up the stairs and there is a bench at the end of the short hallway, just outside the big room.
2234 Queen St E, #4 (Beaches)
For month of July, hours will vary on Mondays & Tuesdays. Starting August 1st hours will be the following:
Mondays 10am - 6:30pm
Tuesdays 11am - 7pm
Saturdays 8am - 3pm
Directions: On the northeast corner of Queen St E & Beech Ave, above the real estate office. Entry door is off to the right of the main floor office. Go up the stairs and have a seat in the lovely waiting area.
FEES
30 min $80 + HST
45 min $105 + HST
60 min $130 + HST
75 min $155 + HST
90 min $175 + HST
No Direct Billing
A receipt will be sent to your email after payment at the end of your treatment. You can use this receipt to submit to your insurance.
Payment options: Save a credit card on your profile OR e-transfer OR I can send a payment link for other preferred methods (ex. apple pay)
